End-to-end production management

FACTORY

Nice Corporation oversees the entire production process — from concept through finishing and shipping — centered on our own sewing factory. This is made possible by our regional one-stop production model. We work across a network of partner factories, each bringing expertise and quality materials to their stage of the process, with seamless handoffs at every step. Built on skill and trust, this structure gives us the flexibility to handle a wide range of briefs.

A dedicated coordinator from our team stays with each project from the very first step through to final delivery — and that single point of oversight makes a meaningful difference in quality, speed, and budget management.

We keep close communication with specialists throughout the process, while always maintaining an objective eye and a commitment of quality. That combination is what sets us apart.

Concept

1

Proposals That Come From the Factory Floor

We manage production on the ground — and when clients need us, we travel, domestically or internationally, to meet them in person. We sit with each brand to build an understanding of their identity and intentions, and incorporate these learnings to our products. Years of working directly with overseas clients, and the breadth of experience we've built by getting out and seeing as much as possible, have given us a perspective that is genuinely wide-ranging and free of bias.

For fabric, we draw on the extensive lineup our partner textile trading companies carry — and when the project calls for it, we get involved as early as the spinning stage. From denim to cotton to heavyweight wool, we're ready for it all. We factor in cost and scalability from day one, building a production plan that works in practice, not just on paper.

Pattern Making

2

The Fine Adjustments That Make the Difference

Working across every stage of production means we catch the kind of subtle discrepancies that would go unnoticed if different companies handled each step. A clear example is post-wash shrinkage — something every denim project faces, and a real concern for many designers. Shrinkage rates differ by fabric, and we factor them in precisely, building the correct allowance into the pattern before production begins. This comes from a combination of hands-on intuition developed over years, and a structure that gives us full visibility across every stage. That same depth of experience carries over to a wide range of other materials — and is exactly what you want on hand for special processes and new challenges.

Cutting

3

The Right Approach for Every Product

We handle sample cutting, small-lot runs, and pattern matching. We use CAD and CAM for automated cutting, and bring in hand-cutting when the product demands that level of care. Our cutting space sits directly next to the sewing floor allowing tighter coordination, more accurate marking of pocket placements and seam positions, and fewer errors overall.

Sewing

4

Techniques to respond to detailed specifications

Through projects with numerous brands including high-end brands, we have nurtured a broad range of techniques. We can handle detailed specifications for sewing and combining various materials from cotton to special fabrics and thick fabrics. Details such as thread tension and stitch width. In fact, we believe that those details greatly affect the impressions of each brand. The strength of our sewing is that the person responsible for each brand understands the nuance of the brand and is present at the sewing process, so we can consciously control the details. We are proud of the techniques of machinist who thoroughly grasp the strength and perform delicate sewing while achieving the finish as imagined. Also, our own sewing machine studio is set up in the company. We are sewing professionals and experts in the sewing machines who can even repair them inside and outside of the company.

Washing & Finishing

Decades of Ambitious Craftsmanship

Nissen Factory has been at the forefront of denim washing for around 40 years — among the pioneers of stone washing and chemical washing. Through washing and finishing, they unlock an extraordinary range of expression in denim, building authentic texture and a genuine sense of wear. Their in-house development lab continues to push boundaries, including applying denim finishing techniques to other product categories. They are also one of the few facilities capable of handling coating treatments and dyeing with real versatility.

Every Brand Gets Its Own Voice

We stay hands-on through every stage, including quality checks, inspection, and shipment. The way a garment is pressed and finished alone can completely change how it looks and feels, even when the base fabric is identical. Products may share a similar starting point, but giving each one the character that is right for its brand is our job. Our expertise goes well beyond denim: we have solid experience with wool, nylon, and other materials, including jackets and a broad range of garment types.
