We work out of Kojima, Kurashiki, Okayama — the birthplace of Japan's domestic denim. Day to day, we work alongside designers from brands all over the world, from luxury and high-end to casual and workwear labels. Technical skills matter, but so does the freedom to question the way things have always been done, and the drive to keep reaching further.
Passion, human connection, and a deep sense of place — these are what Nice Corporation is built on. So is the ambition to take what we do in Kojima out into Japan and the wider world. We hire internationally and actively so, because we're building something in this town — tucked between the mountains and the sea — that we believe is worth coming to, and worth staying for.
